The hotel's location right on the Gulf of Mexico white sand beach is fantastic, with peaceful surroundings and balcony views, yet some areas could be cleaner. The rooms, though not guaranteed ready until 4:00, were clean but had an old, musty smell. The staff was friendly and hardworking, providing a hospitable atmosphere. Dining options, though available onsite with gluten-free products, were in need of updating. The facilities overall were decent, including laundry services and housekeeping.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were in pretty decent shape considering the hotel seemed to be fairly old, but they were smaller than expected. The service was amazing, from the friendly front desk staff to the quick room service. The location was a big plus for my family, being close to everything we needed. Unfortunately, the dining experience was a bit disappointing as the free iced and frozen coffee we were told about turned out not to be complimentary.
